Crossfit Lincoln has a great atmosphere, family feel and I look forward to going everyday. The programming is top notch and I have learned a lot. Can't say enough good things about CFL.

I wasn't familiar with Crossfit (or working out very much in general) so didn't know what to expect. Nice facility with a decent amount of space, but the true highlight was the down to earth, knowledgeable, approachable coaches. That was over 18 months ago and if you come in now, you're sure to find the same thing (plus I might be there so stop by and say hi!)
