I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! OTG Bootcamp and its owners really care! I took a couple of classes with them during a visit to Chicago and I learned so much just in the first few minutes of class. I never realized how much focus goes into getting a proper and core strengthening workout. I have back problems due to bad workouts and bad posture. During my first class and every class since, I get personal attention and I'm constantly being educated...plus you cant beat the fact that they make it so much fun with different routines all the time. I mostly appreciate that with a membership, they make themselves very available, you get a nutrition plan and tons of information on the paleo lifestyle and eating clean as well as body measurements and a system to track all of my progress online! I will be going back and telling my friends about them !!!
30 minute workouts for people with busy lives. No one really needs to spend hours in the gym. Using kettlebells and body weight exercises to burn fat and build endurance. I'm not only a trainer but have seen the results from the classss at OTG Boot Camp.
