I have become so much stronger as a runner and biker because of the drills Mike (our Drill Sgt. for the Downtown Girls!) puts up through each work out. Each work out you are working out with a personal trainer. They do all the work for you and they switch it up and you will start to see your muscles develop and you will become stronger if you go to the classes and listen to the trainers. It is amazing and I recommend it to everyone. They can help you modify an exercise and you will become a healthier person. Boot Camps to Go is the way to go for a stronger body!
Boot Camps to Go is an excellent all around fitness program and way of life. Laurel, Mike and Rickie establish work out routines to address strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. The program is varied each time to continuously challenge the body and prevent boredom. I have enjoyed working out here more than any other place and feel I have benefited more from this program than any other. I also like the fact that good eating habits are addressed and promoted.
Laurel, Mike, Ricky and the gang at BCTG is amazing. The workouts are different every time, so it's never boring. The camraderie between students and trainers is great. Always trying new things, challenges, and contests to keep you motivated. You will definitely see results if you follow their program. They encourage you to go at your own pace and modify exercises if neccessary to prevent injury. They will help you set achievable goals and give you the tools to meet them.
Bootcamps to go is amazing! The workout is always different and always challenging even after 6 months! I've been hooked since the first class and have NEVER enjoyed working out! I'd definately recommend bootcamps to go to anyone, in fact I've recommended it to almost everyone I know in the Tally area.
I LOVE Boot Camps To Go! So many people have commented that I'm not only skinny...but strong! I've never been labeled this before and it feels fabulous! The workouts are always different, always challenging and just fun!
