Paul Musaev's review is pretty comical, considering he got his membership got revoked, after receiving couple warnings from the owner, for bringing in a golf club on the the floor. Actually it wasn't because he had a club on the floor, it was because he was practising his golf swing by the dumb bell rack where the mirror was. I've belonged to many gyms in the course of my life, and I've never seen anyone who was allowed to swing a golf club on the floor. Paul also got a full refund for that month. If it were me, he wouldn't have gotten anything, but that's just me. I've been a member at Dwell for just under a year, and i think this gym is great, and Paul Musaev is just an idiot who doesn't have any common sense about gym etiquette and safety.
Simple gym but with all the equipment you need. It's never very busy and it's open 24/7 with towel service at a very affordable price ($60/month). There are no contracts to lock you in. Note that there are few hours where the gym is staffed and only 3 bathrooms to get changed in. Other than that I appreciate the location, cleanliness and wifi for streaming music.
