Horrible customer service. I called with concerns about my membership, and it took over a week to get a callback. Plus, the manager was a total bitch to me. 80% of the time when I went there, the tv's on the treadmills and elliptical weren't working. Shoddy staff, shoddy equipment. Go to the Y instead!
