Wow, my membership was revoked because the owner didn't like my HONEST review of their gym and its deficiencies . So now this gym is keeping two full months of my membership dues and I can no longer go there. And to boot the owner has treated me rudely on multiple occasions then called me to yell at me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Based on this experience I could never support anytime fitness, I would suggest you go a gym that cares about its clients.

Good facility. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to quit, even when they said it would be easy when i signed up.

The facilities are great. My trainer Corey was great. This place is too corporate though. When I asked to terminate my contract at its end I was told they needed 30 days notice before they would stop charging me. When I told them that I wanted to notify them they said they couldn't help me. Instead I got a phone number to contact for their international financial company. When I called from home I sat on hold for 20 minutes to have a lady go on to tell me the "cancellation procedures". She gave me a Po box in Arkansas that I have to write a letter with my account number saying I want to quit their Gym!?!!? WHHHAT?! Oh and it has to be sent certified mail. I guess this might be the Gym for you if never EVER quit. Again I did like the experience in the Gym though. Corey really helped me come back from my back injury but I wish I had known about this hassle ahead of time

I travel frequently through this town, and I can't say good enough things about it! Chelsea, the manager, is very full of energy and upbeat! She makes my day everytime I go in, plus it is very clean and well kept. If you're a member anywhere else to work out, convert to them! I've been at 24 hour fitness, snap, golds, and this by far exceeds my expectations!
