i joined this gym in september2013-april2014. initially the trainers were polite and were focussed but as the time passed the trainers showed no interest at you rather they start focussing on the new customers. the attitude also is negative in the GYM. Half of the machines do not work. the floor mats are all torn. the skipping ropes are broken. And the pathetic thing is the there is no sense of security though being ladies GYM. i Lost my expensive reebok shoes worth Rs8000/- in the GYM and nobody took responsibility of it neither apologised for same. In fact the manager makes all fake promises and gives fake information. lockers are also not properly allotted. one more customer lost her shoes and the management took no responsibility of keeping the eyes open and see to it that it does not happen again. the dietician does not review you at all . Most of the trainers just sit and chitchat at reception.
i need explanation and refund of my losses.
