We purchased some ballet split soles from here a few weeks ago. We then found out at the dance studio that we need actual slippers. So we took these NEVER danced in shoes back to exchange for slippers. We were told there would be no exchange because the shoes were worn. Well, the owner said one sole looked worn. When we told her that our daughter had only tried them on in the store, and not worn them for a class, we were told by the owner that she doesn't run a second hand store. So no exchange. No store credit. Nothing. We have two girls who dance alot. We will never support this store again. They strive to deliver great customer service? Please. The owner gets your money, then comes up with a lame excuse about one sole looking worn, so she doesn't have to deal with exchanges? Sounds like a poor business model. The products sold at this store are available at discounts upwards of 50% when purchased from abundant online sources. We went for customer service, and it cost us money. Forget it. This store stinks.
