Been here a little over 6months and the guys at Crossfit R have been been great. Really push me to the limit and great atmosphere. They really have a great bunch of people there who are very friendly and helpful.

Small, Friendly, Everyone introduced themselves to me ... Workouts are hard, but the Coaches go through technique and regressions without making you feel awkward or unfit! Great location and always seems to someone around so I can train pretty much whenever I want !
