The best place in the girl power world! Studio Rio Twisted Fitness is not just part of my life, it is my life. i was hooked the minute i walked in their doors! I couldn't thank my friend any more for bringing me to this wonderful girl land! i was nervous when i walked in! But as soon as the front desk employee introduced us to the Studio all that nervousness went out the door! Staff members & gym members are so very sweet, happy, cheerful & treat you as a family! If you have a bad day it all goes away when you walk into the Studio. The instructors pay attention to you in classes, greet you with open arms and a great big smile! Every class has an amazing workout from hard core cardio, to dancing, to yoga, to weights, to strecthing! You will always feel confident & powerful when you leave the studio! The staff accomodates their members above and beyond! If pole classes are full they are more then willing to add another class on to fullfill members request! There is so much positive energy within the doors to Studio Rio! It's always a great time of smiles, laughing and great women who are all there for the same reason and treat each other the same way! So what are you waiting for? Go in and try Studio Rio Twisted Fitness out for yourself! It will be one door you will be proud to open! ;)

do not go to this gym. they don't charge you on the same date, and they charge you different ammounts every time. you have to sign up for pole classes in advance (while 20 other heffers are trying to do so). and everyone is snobby who goes there. i can't wait till my 6 month contract is up

This a great place!!! Ive lost so much weight from this going to this place. There is so much girl power here and everyone is like a sister. These girls has become my family and my sisters for life.
