I love CrossFit Chronic! I joined about 18 months ago and I have been very impressed. They have a wonderful coaching staff. The owner is very hands on - and the community of athletes is just wonderful. There is a wide range of ages and abilities but we are all encouraged to do our own personal best. I have improved my flexibility, my strength and my stamina. Overall a great experience. I encourage anyone who is considering any type of fitness program to come to CrossFit Chronic. They offer tremendous value for a very reasonable investment and the return on that investment is solid!
The coaches here are extremely supportive to each person's individual needs. It's a great atmosphere to get fit and its a non-intimidating environment. Love it here.
This place is awesome! The people are very friendly and welcoming. Just people who are interested in getting better and encouraging one another. As always there is some friendly competition, but only to make you better. Really enjoy it hear and like the people.
